US Retail Partners: No minimums are required for our GoodFather line of daddy gifts for US retail partners. There are low minimums for our Stork Tools TM daddy diaper bags, so please contact us for more information. International Retail Partners: There is a modest 10 piece minimum for retail partners outside of the USA.
- Do you sell to online retailers? We sure do! Many Dr.MOZ fans purchased their products from popular online stores, and rave about the great service they have received along the way. Please inquire about Dr.MOZ's online price agreements and other terms.
- What are your shipping charges and sales terms? US Retail Partners: Our shipping terms are flat rates (based on your order subtotal) in the US, so it will be easy to determine your total costs before you order. Dr.MOZ terms are provided along with order forms to qualified retailers. International Retail Partners: International orders (destinations outside of the U.S.A.) are shipped USPS Airmail at actual cost with no additional fees.
- Do you drop ship? Sorry, we don't currently drop ship for our retail partners. We are busy creating the next generation of Dr.MOZ elixirs, so we are unable to handle the extra shipping and processing involved with direct orders. Our "no minimum" policy for US retailers (and low minimums for those outside of the USA) make it easy to become a Dr.MOZ retail partner and keep a streamlined inventory.
- Do you sell to retailers outside of the U.S.? Yes, we do. Please contact us if you are a licensed retailer outside the U.S. interested in carrying Dr.MOZ products and we would be happy to discuss a potential partnership. We offer low minimums and discounts to help offset increased shipping costs (based on your location), so contact us today for more information.
- I think our store would be a great location for a Dr.MOZ product. How do I get started? (a) The easiest way to get started is to contact Dr.MOZ. If we feel your store is a good fit for our product, we'll send you a current order form and our terms sheet. (b) New accounts are required to pay for the first shipment at the time of ordering. Once your account is setup, reorders are a simple email or phone call away once your account is set-up. (c) Most shipments staying in the US are out using FedEx Ground within 2-4 business days of a completed order. International orders go out USPS Airmail and retail partners are shipped exact shipping charges (no extra handling fees).
- So what's the story with this moose anyway? Born and raised in Maine, Dr.MOZ is the last doctor that still makes house calls. Deathly allergic to lobster, Dr.MOZ now calls Sonoma, CA his home...and oh, he just happens to be a moose. Dr.MOZ sightings have been reported all over the world, so keep your eyes open. You just never know when you'll receive a visit by everyone's favorite moose, Dr.MOZ! - Sign-Up Steps After receiving the current order material from Dr.MOZ, new retailers follow the four steps below to become a retail partner:
We always confirm receiving your faxed order within 24 hours of receiving it (Monday-Friday, PST), so please contact us by email or phone in the off chance you don't hear from us by then. In most situations, your order will be processed and your store will be included in the Dr.MOZ online retail partner list within 48 hours as well. Dr.MOZ's wholesale orders are typically shipped using FedEx Ground in the US (USPS Airmail for international orders) and your store's online marketing material will be sent to the email address provided to us before your GoodFather daddy gifts arrive. FedEx Ground tracking numbers are received by Dr.MOZ and then emailed to your store's contact once available.
