(Advising Director of Marketing):
Ms. Brier worked in Sprint's International Marketing division before
assuming Senior Associate responsibilities years later at PricewaterhouseCoopers
in International Strategic Planning and Marketing. Since then, Nancy
has worked independently as a marketing consultant for clients such
as National Semiconductor and the Foreign Policy Association.
Nancy earned a Bachelor of Science in Education and Bachelor of Arts
in English from Central Missouri State University. Currently, Nancy
owns and operates multiple successful companies in Northern California.
Mr. Green is a litigation attorney at a national law firm based in
San Francisco, California. In his legal practice, Blaine has represented
a wide range of clients, including biotechnology companies, energy
firms, and a public water district, as well as several California
Indian tribes. Blaine has handled cases in a number of legal areas,
including antitrust, intellectual property and environmental law.
Blaine's primary role with Dr.MOZ will be to act as a business and
strategic advisor for the company.
Mr. Green received his B.A. from Harvard University (magna cum laude,
Phi Beta Kappa) and his J.D. from Harvard Law School (cum laude).
Blaine, his wife, and daughter in Oakland, California.
(Advising Director of Finance):
Mr. Ramos has held several key positions in the finance and accounting
industries including participation in a number of Silicon Valley IPO's,
both as an auditor and as a manager. As an auditor and consultant
for Big Five accounting firm KPMG in the Silicon Valley, Eric worked
with a number of high profile public and non-public companies including:
Adobe Systems, Apple Computer, Daimler Chrysler Research & Development,
Avant!, & Informix.
Most recently Mr. Ramos held the position of Treasury Manager in
a large post IPO start-up company where he actively managed a cash
and investment portfolio in excess of $250M dollars.
(Advising Director of Technology):
John Taylor graduated from Stanford University in 1983 with degrees
in English and Biology. He began his career as a writer and editor
at SRI International, and then worked as a film and video editor in
New York City. John caught the "multimedia fever" in 1989
and helped found Oracle's first Multimedia Department. In 1992, he
studied educational software design at the MIT Media Lab and at the
Harvard Graduate School of Education, where he received his Masters
degree. John was a designer for WGBH-TV's Interactive NOVA series,
and then worked at Apple Computer developing family entertainment
John formed both Spinapse and Zingtime, Inc (formerly Periscope Productions)
in 1994 and has produced and designed titles for clients such as Fujitsu,
the Disney Channel, and Better Homes and Gardens. John also managed
the content-development department at Organic Online and was a senior
producer and designer for the first multiplayer games at Shockwave.com.
John currently lives in Moraga, California, with his wife and children.
